Michelle McLoughlin is a Connecticut-based photojournalist whose work spans both the editorial and corporate worlds. Holding a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Boston University, some of McLoughlin’s highlighted clients include Nestlé, BMW, and The Wall Street Journal. Among McLoughlin’s accolades is the 2013 Professional Photographer Leadership Award presented by the United NationsInternational Photographic Council.

2024 marks McLoughlin’s sixteenth year serving as Event Chair for the annual Northern Short Course in Photojournalism, which will be held from February 28 to March 1 in Parsippany, New Jersey. Over its three-day span, the Northern Short Course offers networking opportunities and hosts professionals to give lectures and workshops. See this year’s full schedule of events here.
