Brian Ulrich’s work focuses on consumer culture, retail spaces , and commercialism as it plays out in the landscape of America. His works been featured in a long list of museums and publications: Museum of Contemporary Photography in Chicago, Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego, The New York Public Library, Time Magazine, Vice, Mother Jones, and more. Additionally, he is a recipient of a 2009 John Simon Guggenheim Fellowship, and an associate professor at the Rhode Island School of Design for photography.
